This policy applies to every product sold by Be Your Own Wave LLC ("we," "us") at beyourownwavellc.com, including courses, order bumps, upsells, and any other add-ons.
If anything you buy from us isn't right for you, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund the full purchase price. No form, and you don't need to give a reason.
The guarantee applies to each product separately. You can ask for a refund on one item, such as an add-on, and keep the rest of your order.
Please email from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message, so we can find your order.
Any copy of the Corporate Exit Runway Calculator you've made in your own Google Drive stays yours. Access to the refunded product in the course area at learn.beyourownwavellc.com ends once the refund is issued.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. We typically process refund requests within 3 business days of receiving them. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show the credit.
Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible under this guarantee.
